Cranberry Adobo Country-Style Ribs




Ingredients:

2 1/2 - 3 lbs. boneless pork country-style ribs
salt and pepper
16 oz. can whole cranberry sauce
1 large onion, chopped
3 Chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, chopped
4 cloves garlic, minced

Sprinkle the ribs with salt and black pepper and place in the bottom of the slow cooker. Spread the remaining ingredients evenly over the top. Cover and cook on low heat for 7-8 hours, or on high for 3 1/2-4 hours. Transfer to a cutting board and remove the remaining fat. Slice, serve and drizzle with the remaining sauce.

(Makes 6-8 servings, 8-10 WW points per serving.)
