Makeover Cheesy Potatoes





Ingredients:

24 oz. Mr. Deed's Potatoes O'Brien, frozen, thawed
16 oz. Light Sour Cream (Daisy)
10.75 oz. can 98% fat free Cream of Chicken soup
8 oz. reduced fat Mild Cheddar Shredded Cheese

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Mix the above four ingredients together in a large bowl. Spray a 13x9 inch baking pan with non stick cooking spray. Pour the potato mixture into the pan and smooth out in an even layer. Cover with tinfoil and bake in the oven for 45 minutes. Remove the foil and cook for another 15 until the top gets golden brown. Let cool slightly before serving.

Since I am on a diet, I decided to take my "cousin" Marguerite's recipe for cheesy potatoes and try and make it healthier because it is so simple and sooooo delicious.

The original way uses the same type of potatoes, normal sour cream, regular condensed cream of chicken soup and a bag of shredded cheddar cheese.

Makeover way........  10 servings, 5 WW points per serving
