Deli Mustard Muffuletta

Ingredients:

Round loaf of bread (I used a white Italian style)
1 c. Miracle Whip, light
1/4 c. Dijon mustard
1/4 c. yellow mustard
1/4 c. stone ground mustard
Deli sliced cheddar cheese
Deli sliced Mozzarella cheese
Deli sliced rotisserie chicken (Oscar Mayer)
Deli sliced mesquite turkey (Oscar Mayer)

Cut the top of the loaf of bread off, about an inch down from the top. Set to the side for later. Scoop out the middle of the bread about 1/2 inch to an inch from the sides. (Save the bread for bread crumbs or homemade croutons). Mix the Miracle Whip and the three kinds of mustard in a small bowl. Spread a layer of the mustard around the inside of the bread bowl. Add a layer of Mozzarella cheese (you may have to rip some of the slices to make them fit around the entire bowl). Then add a layer of the chicken. Then as follows: sauce, cheddar cheese, turkey, sauce, Mozzarella, chicken, and top with Mozzarella. Spread a final layer of the mustard sauce on top, and place the top of the bread back on. Wrap in Saran wrap and refrigerate overnight or for several hours. Slice in half, and then in wedges holding secure with toothpicks if necessary. A very easy way to make sandwiches interesting and feed multiple people!
