PB2 Kiss Cookies

While on Weight Watchers, you start using some really random ingredients in your kitchen. I wanted to make peanut butter cookies....but realized that all I had in the pantry was PB2 powder. PERFECT! It ended up making the cookies taste like peanut butter, without changing the consistency of the dough!

Ingredients:

1 pkg. Yellow cake mix
1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 eggs
1/2 c. PB2 Hazelnut
Mini Hershey's kisses

Preheat the oven to 375. In a medium size bowl, mix the above ingredients, minus the Hershey's kisses. Roll into tsp sized balls and place them on a parchment lined baking sheet (about 1 inch apart from each other). Press down slightly. Bake for 7 minutes. While the cookies are still hot, place a mini Hershey's kiss in the center of each cookie. Wait a minute or so, and then push the tops down slightly to make sure the chocolate is melted and adhering to the cookie. Let cool fully before stacking and storing.
