Ham and Potatoes Casserole

Ingredients:

6 large Yukon Gold potatoes, sliced
2 cups cubed/sliced Ham (I used honey ham)
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 cups 1% Milk
Salt and Pepper

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a casserole dish with non stick spray. Layer the potatoes, then the ham, and repeat layers so that you have a layer of potatoes on top. Whisk the soup, milk, salt and pepper in a bowl and pour over the ham and potatoes. Cover and cook for 1 hour. Take the cover off and cook for another 30 minutes. Let cool slightly before eating.
