Bacon Swiss Dip


1/2 c. Mayonnaise 
8 oz. cream cheese
1 bag Swiss cheese
4 chopped green onions
8 slices of bacon, chopped cooked and drained
1/2 stack Ritz crackers, crushed
2 tbs. butter, melted

Soften cream cheese and add mayo, Swiss cheese, onion, 3/4 of the bacon, and mix ingredients until well combined. Spread evenly onto the bottom of a quiche pan. Mix the crackers and and butter together. Sprinkle over the cream cheese spread and top with the remaining bacon. Microwave on high for 5 minutes, or bake at 350 degrees until bubbly and hot. 

I usually serve with bagels ripped into pieces.

This dip is wonderful you could just sit down in front of the TV and eat away. I made it for a party and everyone loved it.
