Bleeding Heart Brie

Ingredients:
1/4 c. Raspberry preserves
1 round Brie cheese
1 tube (8oz.) refrigerated crescent rolls
Cooking spray

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Unroll crescent roll into two rectangles. Cut the rind off of the brie. Place the brie on one rectangle. Spread the raspberry preserves over the top of the brie. Place the other rectangular crescent roll on top and pinch the seems until there are no holes in the dough. Try and round out the edges so when it bakes it will be circular shaped. Place on an un-greased cookie sheet. Spray the top with cooking spray so it will be nice and golden as it bakes. Bake for 20 minutes. When you cut into the brie, it will ooze out and sort of look like brains, which makes it perfect for Halloween!
