Ingredients:
1 large cantaloupe, peeled, seeded and cut into 1 inch cubes
3-4 Tbs. fresh squeezed lime juice
1/2 tsp. grated fresh ginger, or more to taste
3/4 c. ginger ale
-garnish: plain yogurt, cucumber slices, thin lime wedges or edible flowers
Process the first three ingredients in a food processor or blender. Chill. Before serving stir in the ginger ale. Then garnish. This recipe is very simple, and very refreshing.
