Ingredients:
1 c. vanilla wafer crumbs, processed in the blender
1/2 c. sunflower seeds
1/4 c. ground almonds
1 Stick of butter, melted
1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
1 c. semi sweet chocolate chips
3/4 c. flaked coconut
1/2 c. slivered almonds
3/4 c. dried cranberries (Craisins)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a bowl, combine the vanilla wafer crumbs, sunflower seeds and butter; mix well. Press crumb mixture firmly on bottom of sprayed 13×9 inch baking pan. Pour sweetened condensed milk evenly over the crumb mixture. First add 1/2 cup of the semi sweet chocolate chips evenly over the condensed milk layer. Next add the coconut. Evenly spread the nuts over the coconut layer. Then top it off with the dried cranberries and the remaining 1/2 cup of the chocolate chips. Bake 25 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool completely. Cut and serve.
