Pumpkin Cheese Ball


Ingredients:
1 8oz. cream cheese, softened
1 8oz. carton chive and onion spreadable cream cheese
2 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 celery rib

Combine all ingredients except for the celery rib. With a fork, mix together the ingredients. Spoon the cream cheese mixture onto a piece of saran wrap and bring up over the sides so the cream cheese is fully covered. Roll around into the form of a cheese ball. Refrigerate for at least an hour. Use the celery and celery leaves to make it look like a pumpkin stem and leaves. Serve with crackers.
