Ingredients:
1 stick butter
large container of cool whip
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
7 oz. package instant chocolate pudding
3 1/2 c. milk
2 c. crushed oreos
Use a food processor and process the oreos. Cream the butter, cream cheese and sugar. Mix the pudding and milk until slightly thickened and let stand for a few minutes. Combine all of the ingredients except for the oreos. Layer the crushed oreos on the bottom of a serving dish of your choice. Layer with the pudding next, and top with more crushed oreos. Garnish with chocolate rocks and gummy worms.
