Ingredients:
3 bananas
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. water
Lite cool whip, thawed
1/8 c. chopped almonds
In a medium sized saucepan on medium-high heat, add the sugar and water. When both start to boil, stir constantly until combined. Add the bananas and turn down to medium heat. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Put into your serving dish, top with cool whip, and add almonds for garnish.
