Sloppy Joe Pizza

 Recipes makes 2 medium pizza's.

Ingredients:
2 pizza crusts, already cooked and with high ridges on the outside
2 lb. lean ground beef
1 large onion, chopped (1 c.)
1 tsp. ground mustard
1 tsp. garlic powder
2 Tbs. Worcestershire sauce
2 c. Thick n' Chunky Salsa
1 c. grape jelly
2 (8 oz.) bags of shredded mild cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line two cookie sheets with tinfoil and place the pizza crusts on top of each lined sheet. Bring the corners up so that the tinfoil makes a barrier around the pizza crust in case the juice falls out and onto the sheet. Spray each crust with non-stick cooking spray. In a large skillet, cook the beef and onion for about 8 minutes until tender, stirring occasionally. Drain well. Put the meat back into the skillet. Add the mustard, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, salsa and jelly into the beef mixture. Cook for about 5 minutes until everything is combined well and heated through. Divide the meat mixture evenly between the two crusts and spread out right to the edge of the crust. Top each pizza with one (8oz) bag of shredded cheese. Bake for 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the crust on the outside is slightly crunchy. Let stand a few minutes before cutting.
