Sweet Pepper Ham and Egg

Ingredients:
Kaiser Roll, or some sort of sandwich bun
Mustard
2 Eggs, Fried
1 c. red, yellow and orange bell peppers
3 green onions, chopped
Salt and Pepper
3 slices deli ham
2 slices Sharp cheddar cheese

Saute the bell peppers and green onion on medium heat in a small saucepan. Season with salt and pepper. Remove from heat when soft and tender. To assemble the sandwich, squirt mustard on the bottom bun, add a slice of cheese, 1 fried egg, ham, pepper mixture, cheese, egg, and more of the pepper mixture. Top with more mustard and the other half of the bun.
