Corn and Mashed Potato Patties


Ingredients:
1/2 c. caned corn
1/3 c. Panko
1 c. mashed potatoes
1 1/2 tsp. dill weed
1 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. fresh cracked pepper

Heat about 2 Tbs. olive oil in a medium sized skillet on medium heat. Mix the ingredients together in a bowl. Form patties with your hands, and place into the preheated pan. Wait until each side gets slightly brown/golden and flip over. Everything is already cooked, so don't over cook, you just need to heat through.
