Ham and Potato Casserole
Ingredients:
1 c. diced ham
2 large potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
1 can (10.75 oz.) cream of mushroom soup
2/3 c. milk
1 Tbs. garlic salt
1 tsp. fresh cracked pepper
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease a dish with non stick spray. Add the sliced potato and ham in layers. In a small bowl, mix the soup, milk, garlic salt and pepper together. Pour on top of the potatoes and ham. Cover the top tightly with tinfoil. Bake in the oven for 40 minutes. Remove the tinfoil, sprinkle the Parmesan on top, and bake for 20 more minutes. Let cool slightly before serving.
