A few weeks ago, my sister went to a nail appointment and the person that does her nails gave her a pack of baking tins to give to me. I thought it was very thoughtful, especially since she had never met me before. So I decided, what better way to get my name out to more people than to give her back some free cupcakes in one of the tins! I made carrot cake cupcakes with cream cheese frosting. I hope she likes them and enjoys the free cupcakes!
