Triple Chocolate Fudge Brownies


Ingredients:

10 Tbs. butter
1 1/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. unsweetened cocoa powder
2 tsp. water
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1/3 c. flour
1/4 c. chocolate chips
1/4 c. chocolate fudge sauce

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Line an 8x8 inch pan with tinfoil, leaving overhang to lift it out of the pan easy. Melt the butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Remove from the heat when fully melted, and stir in the sugar, cocoa, water and vanilla. Let cool slightly. Add the eggs one at a time, blending after each addition. Add the flour and stir. Transfer the batter into the prepared pan. Drizzle the chocolate fudge sauce in a zigzag patter and then take a knife and draw a zigzag pattern in the batter going in the opposite direction. Top with the chocolate chips. Bake for 25 minutes. Cool on a wire rack slightly before lifting up the brownies and cutting.
