Ingredients:
2 medium size zucchini
1 tsp. smoked paprika
1/2 tsp. fresh cracked pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbs. canola oil
Heat the oil in a large skillet on medium heat. Add the zucchini and toss to coat with the oil. Add the seasonings and toss again. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally until the zucchini becomes slightly translucent. Serve while it's still warm.
