Ingredients:
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 tsp. Spanish paprika
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. ground cumin
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. fresh cracked black pepper
2 Tbs. extra virgin olive oil
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Wipe the chicken thighs down with paper towel. Place the chicken thighs in a baking dish. Mix the spices and olive oil together in a bowl and rub on the chicken thighs. Bake in the oven for 45 minutes.
(Makes 4 servings, 4-5 WW points per serving, depending on the size of the thighs.)
