Oatmeal PB Chocolate No-Bake Bars



Ingredients:

3/4 c. Creamy peanut butter
2/3 c. honey
1/2 c. refined coconut oil (or unrefined for more of a coconut taste)
2 c. oatmeal
1-1 1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
3/4 c. Craisins

Melt the peanut butter, honey, and coconut oil together in a small saucepan on medium heat. When everything is melted and combined together, remove from the heat. Stir the oats, chocolate chips and Craisins together. Pour the melted mixture on top and mix until everything is moist. Line a 13x9 inch pan with parchment paper. Spread the mixture out in an even layer and refrigerate. Cut into bars and serve. Keep stored in the refrigerator.
