Ingredients:
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 Tbs. cornstarch
1/4 c. balsamic vinegar
1/2 c. water
2 Tbs. soy sauce
Combine all of the above ingredients in a small saucepan. Bring the mixture to a boil, lower to a simmer and stir frequently. This will take maybe 2-3 minutes, but not too long. Do not over cook or the glaze will get to thick and almost jelly like.
I served this over the Slow Cooker Thyme Pork Tenderloin!
