Slow Cooked Thyme Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients:

2 lbs boneless pork tenderloin, fat trimmed
1 Tbs. dried thyme
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 c. water

In a small bowl, combine the thyme, salt, pepper and garlic cloves and rub on the outside of the pork tenderloin. Place the tenderloin in the bottom of your slow cooker and pour the 1/2 c. water on top. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.

I served a Balsamic Glaze drizzled on top and it was wonderful!
