Peanut Butter Cheesecake Brownies
Ingredients:
1 box Brownie Mix (including the ingredients on the box)
4 oz. 1/3 less fat cream cheese, softened
1/3 c. sugar
1 egg
1/2 c. creamy peanut butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. salt
3-4 Tbs. milk
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Line an 8x8 pan with parchment paper, and spray with non stick cooking spray. Set aside. Mix the brownie mix and included ingredients together in a medium sized bowl. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth out.
In an electric mixer, mix the cream cheese, sugar, egg, peanut butter, vanilla, salt, and 2 Tbs. of milk together on medium speed until smooth. Add more milk if you need to make the consistency more creamy. Pour on top of the brownie mix and smooth out. Bake for 40-45 minutes. Let cool fully before removing from the pan and cutting into squares (you may need to run a knife along the edges to loosen the sides).
