Ingredients:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 (10.75 oz.) can 98% fat free cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. milk, 1%
4 slices lean ham (deli style)
4 slices Swiss cheese
Mix the soup with the milk. Pour enough on the bottom of the slow cooker so that it covers (to keep the chicken from sticking). Layer the breasts on top. Cover with a slice of ham and a slice of cheese. Pour the remaining soup on top. Cook on low for 4-6 hours (or high for 2-3). Serve the breasts and spoon the extra sauce on top. Great served with brown rice or steamed broccoli!
