Ingredients:
1 1/2 Tbs. chili powder
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. paprika
2 tsp. ground cumin
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. minced onion
1/2 tsp. ground coriander
Mix all of the ingredients together. If you want the seasoning a little more on the spicy side, add some crushed red pepper flakes. One batch of this recipe makes the equivalent of the amount bought in a store package.
