1 medium banana, sliced and frozen
12 oz. Coconut Milk, light
1 c. fresh pineapple
1 1/2 c. ice cubes
Chia seeds and sweetened coconut for garnish
Combine the banana, coconut milk, pineapple and ice cubes in a blender together until you reach a fairly smooth consistency. Pour into mugs or serving glasses, and top with chia seeds and coconut.
