Apple Raisin Bagel Bread Pudding


Ingredients:

3 eggs
3/4 c. milk
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 c. raisins
2 small apples, sliced
1/4 c. brown sugar
3 bagels, ripped into pieces

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Whisk the eggs, milk, cinnamon and nutmeg in a small bowl. Grease a nine inch pie pan and scatter the bagel pieces on the bottom. Sprinkle the raisins and sliced apple on top of the bagels. Pour the egg mixture evenly over the bread pudding. Sprinkle the top with the brown sugar. Cover with Saran wrap and refrigerate for 30-45 minutes. Bake for 30 minutes, and let cool slightly before serving. 

This would go GREAT with ice cream or some cool whip.
