Apple Cider Pulled Pork



Ingredients:
2 lbs. Pork Loin
2 c. apple cider
2 Tbs. white balsamic vinegar
1/4 c. soy sauce
2 tsp. honey
zest of one lemon
1 Tbs. butter

Place the pork loin in a slow cooker. Add the rest of the ingredients. Cook for 7 hours on low until the pork is tender and easy to shred. After shredding add back to the sauce that it cooked in and cook for 5 more minutes. Serve on any kind of bun that you would like.
