Ingredients:
2 pints cherry tomatoes
6 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/2 c. miracle whip
1 c. finely chopped romaine lettuce
1 chipotle chile, in adobo sauce
Cut the tops off the cherry tomatoes. Place upside down on a paper towel to drain for at least 15 minutes. Push some of the romaine lettuce inside of the tomatoes. Combine the miracle whip with the chipotle chile and mix in a small bowl. Put into a ziplock bag and pipe on top of the tomatoes. Sprinkle the bacon crumbles on top.
