Ingredients:
2 (12 oz.) bags white chocolate chips
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 c. chopped pistachios
1 c. dried cherries
1 c. mini chocolate chips
Spray a 9X9 inch pan with cooking spray, and then line with parchment paper. In a saucepan, combine the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Cook on low heat, stirring constantly until smooth. Stir in vanilla pistachios and cherries. Pour into the prepared pan. Sprinkle with the mini chocolate chips. Refrigerate at least two hours or until you are ready to cut and serve. When you are ready to cut, lift up the parchment paper and pull the fudge out of the pan. Cut into 1 inch squares.
