Two Vegetable Dips

(Left: sour cream and onion, Right: Pesto-Yogurt)


Sour Cream and Onion:
3/4 c. sour cream
2 green onions, minced
2 Tbs. chopped fresh parsley
1 tsp. white vinegar

(Stir all ingredients together)

Pesto-Yogurt:
1 c. fresh basil leaves, chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
1 Tbs. pine nuts, processed in food processor
1 c. plain low-fat yogurt

(Combine all ingredients)
