Blueberry Strawberry Crumble
Ingredients:
2 pints blueberries
1 c. strawberries, chopped
1 lemon, zest and juice of 1/2 lemon
2 Tbs. honey, divided
1/2 c. oatmeal
1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
2 Tbs. Fleischmann's vegetable oil spread, 60% whipped
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, combine the blueberries, strawberries, lemon zest and juice, and 1 Tbs. honey. Pour into a glass pie dish. In a small bowl, add the oatmeal, flour, cinnamon, 1 Tbs. honey, nutmeg and Fleischmann's. With a fork, incorporate the ingredients together. Top the pie with the crumble, and bake for 45-50 minutes. Let cool for 15 minutes, and serve with frozen yogurt or whipped topping. (Makes 4 servings, 6 WW points per serving.)
