Ingredients:
1 c. Heart Smart Bisquick
1 egg
1/2 c. milk, 1%
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. dried leaf thyme
1 1/2 c. Skinny Slow Cooker Philly's recipe
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 9 muffin tins with non stick cooking spray and set aside. Whisk all of the above ingredients in a large bowl. Ladle evenly among the 9 muffin tins. Bake for 14-16 minutes or until the tops of the "biscuits" are firm and the sides are golden brown.
(Makes 9 "biscuits", 2 WW points per biscuit.)
