Peanut Butter Pupcakes

Our dogs need some love on their birthday's too!



Ingredients:

1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 c. peanut butter, creamy
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1 large shredded carrot
1/3 c. honey
1 egg

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 6 cups on a muffin tin with non stick cooking spray. Mix the flour and baking soda together in a large bowl. Add the remaining ingredients and mix until well combined. Divide into the six muffin tins. Bake for about 20 minutes, until the middle is fully cooked through. Let cool on a wire rack while you are making the frosting.


Frosting:

8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 Tbs. cinnamon
1 tsp. honey

In an electric mixer, beat the above ingredients until everything is combined well. Spread on top of the Pupcakes. I decorated the tops with sliced Pupperoni pieces and made it into the shape of a bone!
