Peanut Butter Cookie Dough Brownies

Ingredients:

PB Cookie Dough:
1/2 c. butter, softened
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. creamy peanut butter
1 c. + 2 Tbs. flour

Brownie mix (store-bought, including eggs, oil and water called for)

Preheat the oven for the temperature called for on the back of your brownie mix (usually 350/375). Line a 13x9 pan with tinfoil and spray with non stick cooking spray. Mix the ingredients for the brownie mix together and pour into the prepared pan. In an electric mixer, combine the peanut butter cookie dough ingredients together. Crumble on top of the brownie batter randomly. Bake for the time called for on the back of the brownie box. Let cool fully before cutting.

(Adding peanut butter cup spiders makes these bars perfect for a spooky Halloween treat!)

*An easy way to get them out of the pan and cut into perfect squares is by lifting the brownies up carefully by the tinfoil and placing on a flat surface!
