Shredded Chicken Taco Sliders


1- 1 1/2 c. Shredded chicken taco meat
8 King's Hawaiian rolls
1 small onion, sliced in half, and then thinly sliced
1 green pepper, thinly sliced
Cilantro, fresh
Shredded Mexican cheese (Kraft blend)

Separate the buns and place on your serving platter or individual plates. In a large skillet sprayed with non stick cooking spray, add the onions and green peppers. Cook on medium for about 3-4 minutes with the lid on, stirring occasionally. When the onions are translucent, turn off the heat.

Heat the shredded chicken up in the microwave for 45 seconds to a minute (unless made directly from the recipe above and still hot). Place about 2 teaspoons of shredded cheese on the bottom half of the roll. Add the shredded chicken, and then the sauteed onion and green pepper. Finish with cilantro, and add the top half of the bun.
